Registration Details

Important: Registration Schedule

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on April 24, 2026.

Successful examinees must register online at the PRC official website (www.prc.gov.ph).

Required Documents for Registration

  1. Oath Form (downloaded and accomplished)
  2. Notice of Admission
  3. Colored passport-size photos
  4. Documentary stamps
  5. Brown envelope
Important: Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. The schedule for the oath-taking ceremony will be announced separately by the PRC.
